Quick heal re installation

Hello,

I was using quick heal total security 2010 upgrade to 2011 I uninstalled the current version ...then I tried to install the next version but after it extracts the files and then nothing ..so I tries again it extract the files and shows error message tht I need to restart the pc either because I terminated the installation before complition or sysetm has not been re started after un installation...i tried to install the previous version also but it shows the same message..please help!!!
