Hello,
I am looking for some advice or how to: I need to create a dos batch file that looks at a network file directory and searches it for when the files were update and who by from a certain date and prints it to a text file.
Any help really appreciated as I am a newbie, I have simple line that does it using ndir but I want it to prompt me for network file location to search and date that it has been updated from. So I can use it for multiple file locations and dates easily.
Many Thanks

Is DOS only option or you can work with VBScript too ?
