DOS batch file for fileupdate info

Hello,

I am looking for some advice I need to create a dos batch file that looks at a network file directory and searches it for when the files were update and who by from a certain date and prints it to a text file.

Did use the ndir command with update but I want it to prompt me to enter in where I want to look and from what date the files have been update.
