4 gb hp pendrive is not working

Hello,


i have bought new 4 gb pen drive but after few days of not using it , it is not working after . i have connected it to the pc but the usb is not working. nothing is shown .
plz help me what should i do ?

Hello,

Try this 1

1) Update your USB drivers.

2) If the problem still exists then plug your pen drive and then

Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.

"Device manager" will be opened.

Is there any yellow mark?
