Need help fixing defualt program for download

sup...

anyway i dun goofed. was downloading a new media converter and when i clicked the little download button it brought up this menu of other programs to use to download it. I was quite confused so i made the mistake of setting a random program as the default
process that handles all my downloads. so in other words i cant download anything anymore because when i do that program opens up and gives me an error message.
so i was wondering if someone could tell me how to get to that menu again so i can fix my mistake.
