Cant download anything to my laptop

Hello,

how are dear
I have one question
i dont able download anything to my laptop ,, when i press to download the screen is appears written (Download Accelerator Manger) has added the link to doawload press the back button to go on browsing).
please advise to solve the problem

First uninstall "Download Accelerator Manger" then go to Internet Explorer settings - advanced tab - click on the "reset" button.

I delete "Download Accelerator Manger" also from control panal but nothing chang but i use google chrome browser is that diffrent or make problems.
