A problem with restore my sony laptop

Hello,
I tried to restore my Vaio laptop windows to factory setting by alt+f10 but at the end it shows an error that "confirm your model." and "the program can't be started"
Please help me

My laptop model is VAIO VPC-CA27FK/L
