Laptop not connecting to internet via mobile

Hello,

my laptop is not not connecting to internet via mobile phone ..when i connect to internet via sony pc suit it shows connection in progress or when i connect normally it shows model connecting and nothing happens next.......but in different pc or laptop internet is working by my mobile.

you have to change your operating system Rahul and need to reinstall your PC suits again.
