BIOS updating not completed, pc don't boot

i was trying to update my hp brobook 6460b Bois unfortunately the laptop shuts down due to over heating processor before the upgrading finishes. when i try to boot again there is nothing but a black screen with no bib sound, even-though the processor and fan are working. please help, i am hoping a quick respond.

Sorry, But when you have a failed BIOS update you often need to replace the BIOS CHIP with a new chip that is correctly programmed for your computer hardware.

You have turned your laptop into a useless brick.

Solution -buy a new laptop.
