Desktop icons turned into internet explorer

Hello,
Can someone help me please??
My desktop icons are turned into internet explorer icons... whenever I try to open one, it ask to save or open, but when I click on open, it ask the same question all over again...so basically I cant open anything exept computer :( PLEASE HELP ME!!

Why are all my desktop icons internet explorer
Desktop goose - Download - Other
Internet explorer 11 for windows 10 64-bit - Download - Browsers
Desktop hut - Download - Customization
Blackberry desktop software - Download - File management
Youtube desktop download - Download - Videos and news
