Laptop wont start

Hello,

h p laptop 6735s
powers up but screen remains blank
disc drive permanently runs clicking noise
light at front flashes orange[think it used to be green]
tried everything here nothing works

help please

Hello,

Try this 1

1) Unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power button for

60 seconds --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and

later put the battery back into the laptop.

2) If the problem still exists then click on the below link and follow the instructions

got it to work by switching it on and leaving it
left it for bout 2 hours then it just came back on
keeping fingers crossed lol
