Hello,

Try this 1

Click on Start --> In search box, type cmd and press Enter.

"Command Prompt" will be opened. Now enter the below command

ping www.google.com --> Press Enter.

Are you getting the reply messages ?

Let us know what happens when you are trying to perform system restore.

[Note : Typing in all caps is considered as yelling.]

Good Luck

Hello,
Try this 1
1) Click on Start --> In search box, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter. "Device Manager' will be opened. Is there any yellow mark?
2) Click on Start --> In search box, type cmd and press Enter. "Command Prompt" will be opened. Now enter the below command
ping www.google.com > c:\ping.txt --> Press Enter.
Now go to C drive and there you will notice a file named ping. Upload the file to www.speedyshare.com and paste the download URL here.
3) Let me know the complete error message you are getting when trying to perform system restore.
4) Click on the below link
