Hello, I WAS USING MY HUSBAND COMPUTER LISTENING TO MUSIC AND SOME HOW I DOWNLOADS SOMETHING THAT I SHOULDNT OF SO I WENT IN CONTROL PANEL TO TRY TO REMOVED IT SOMEHOW I ALSO REMOVED GOOGLE CHROME AND NOW I CANT GET BACK ONLINE OR TRY TO USED SYSTEM RESTORER NOW MY HUSBAND IS GOING TO BE MAD AT ME. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME

Hello,

Try this 1

Click on Start --> In search box, type cmd and press Enter.

"Command Prompt" will be opened. Now enter the below command

ping www.google.com --> Press Enter.

Are you getting the reply messages ?

Let us know what happens when you are trying to perform system restore.

sorry i am new to anything like caps it wont happened again i will try what you said and i will get backto you as soon as possible. thank you sir

nothing happened still wont let me get on or into system restorer

Hello,
Try this 1
1) Click on Start --> In search box, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter. "Device Manager' will be opened. Is there any yellow mark?
2) Click on Start --> In search box, type cmd and press Enter. "Command Prompt" will be opened. Now enter the below command
ping www.google.com > c:\ping.txt --> Press Enter.
Now go to C drive and there you will notice a file named ping. Upload the file to www.speedyshare.com and paste the download URL here.
3) Let me know the complete error message you are getting when trying to perform system restore.
