Hello, When i'm downloading a program from a setup it won't let me download because
a message says that i'm not connected to internet but i am on the internet. I disabled firewall but it doesn't work. I'm using Windows XP And My Internet Browser Is Google Chrome

Did you try using an alternative browser like Firefox ?
