Hello,
Let me know the type of user account you are able to use it. Is it a Guest account or the limited account?
Good Luck

I can access the laptop as an additional user but not as the administrator. The administrator password is the one I have forgotten and so has my son. If you are asking about Guest vs limited on kioskea, I believe I am using a limited account. Sorry I am not exactly clear on your question.

I need some more information to help you in this. Follow the below instructions
Click on Start --> In search bar, type user accounts --> Select "Add or Remove User Accounts" from the search list --> Let me know your account type and the user accounts that exist in that window. Example : Username, undern it "Standard User or Administrator".
Good Luck
