Something is wrong with my computer

i had installed my PC a certain anti-virus without knowing that it already had a different installed anti-virus software on it. The new software finds a conflict with the other installed anti-virus. So, what i did was i restarted/ reboot the PC and it was not completely starting up. I can actually move the cursor on the desktop but it keeps on showing a loading logo. I even can't log-in.

I need your help.. what to do???

Reboot in safe mode with networking tapping F8

Go to your control pannel and remove the antivirus

Reboot in normal mode the problem should be solve
