Computer won't start

Hello,
My computer begins to load windows but goes to start up repair. When I click the start up repair it loads the files but goes back to start up repair. It will not load in safe mode or anything I have an inspiron 1545 runs windows 7

You probably need to restore the PC to factory condition. For the Dell it's F12 after you see the Dell logo.

I tried :( It only begins to load files then back to startup repair
