Unable to browse internet

Hello,

This is Fairoz. I have one small network. In my network sometimes i cant able to browse internet. Then i restarted the system its working. But this problem continuously comming. I dont know how to slove this problem. Please help me.

Please check whether the cable is not damaged, it may be coming from this.
