Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 537.1 i got error message on this tool saying unregistered...what will i do to get it to work??please help...i already closed my firewall but still getting the error message

im using xlite tool i downloaded the free version but its not accepting the id.instead is showing error 401 or 403.someone suggested to turn off my firewall but its still not working.please help
