you can not increase browsing speed because it depends on your line speed that provided from ISP(INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER).
**second**
you can improve your downlod speed by using internet accelerator applications , for example : for free software you can use
<a href="https://www.freedownloadmanager.org/">freedownloadmanager</a>
or you can buy software like IDM (internet download manager)
