acer aspire problems Closed

Question

Hello, 
         I'm trying to get my acer netbook working again when I turn it on it  says " A disk read error occurred press ctr alt del to restart" and when I do this enter password comes up and then it just repeats itself is there anything I can do to resolve this matter?


Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 537.1

Hello, 

I believe that this should be resulting from previous changes that you did on your computer. If you are able to access to the Desktop, you have a very easy solution for this, the Start Up Repair. 

You need to access the Windows Recovery Environment Options which will be available by pressing F8 and finally try the Start Up Repair.
