Hello,
I believe that this should be resulting from previous changes that you did on your computer. If you are able to access to the Desktop, you have a very easy solution for this, the Start Up Repair.
You need to access the Windows Recovery Environment Options which will be available by pressing F8 and finally try the Start Up Repair.
