Connections between 2 subnets can't see

Hello,

I have a trouble with my VPN I gonna give u a little resume of the net. I receive my ISP in my 1st router (TPLINK) 192.168.10.x (DYN IP), this generate a WAN, 1st router generate a LAN 192.168.0.x on eth port of the 1st connect with the 2nd router as input(TPLINK too) normally assign 192.168.0.101 (DHCP assign) and this is my 2nd router input WAN, the 2nd generate a 192.168.1.x LAN.
Nets 192.168.0.x and 192.168.1.x not see, well can use internet but not see the IP addressing (when I pingin it) and can't share resources like windows workgroups etc.
I'm wandering why can use internet and can't share resources.
Pls let me help just because I have split my net and I need all together, just I have data servers, prts etc and I must share resources.
