Hello,
I do not know what problems have occurred but my realplayer downloader doesn't seem to be working. After I click on the 'Download This Video' option, my video is being listed on the realplayer downloader but it is not being download. It doesn't show how much time left or anything. It just show the name of my video. Please help me solve this problem. Thank you.

Hello,

The problem can easily be solved.

Uninstall Realplayer and install the most recent version.

I uninstall and reinstall but my video still cant be loaded. I didn't encounter this problem previously but suddenly my video couldn't be downloaded.

Okay, the problem originates from your browser, if you are using Chrome, Realplayer just dislikes it.

I suggest you try IE or Firefox.

P.S.

You should enable the realplayer downloader from the internet explorer add-on.

1. Open your IE
2. Tools -> Manage add-ons -> change the status of 'realplayer download and record plug-in for internet explorer' into enable.

It is already enabled. Im using google chrome to download my video. My video is either not being download or stuck at 20.5 MB of 2048 MB and the time remaining is 987:52:59. It doesn't make sense as my video's size is not that big. It is around 60 MB only.

Oops..When i checked the realplayer download folder, some of the video i download was downloaded already. The weird thing is that the downloading process is not shown. Anyways, i guess the problem is solved? Thanks!
