Hello,
One beep is bad news and it has nothing to do with your ram for I wish for you it was the case because it's easier to fix.
The one beep is linked to your motherboard. It can also mean that you are facing a problem with your system memory (BIOS AWARD).
At this point I suggest that you consult a qualified technician as it's impossible to repair online without a clear view of what is inside.
