Hello, I have a HP Pavilliong7 and I just bought a HP W2071d monitor to hook to it so that I can have a chart on one and a trading platform on the other. How do I switch to the trading platform on my laptop and keep the chart on my second monitor?

YOU should be able to drag the window from the laptop to the external screen. If you see the same image on both screens then you have the external screen set to "mirror" the image. Then, you need to change the settings in the Control Panel.
