4 seconds is not a small difference.
You could try to delay the sound, but I don't know how far you can go with that:

Or try to find different subs.

all subs i found related to my file are wrong in timing. i downloa\ded other movies with subs and they work fine... so i guess there's something wrong with these subs i need.
