About the sound in laptop

Hello,
In my laptop all my volume button are in maximum, but i'm not able to hear the sound if i play any song or movie. what should i do to hear the sound.

Hello,

Go to your device manager, locate the sound card, see if you see a yellow X or question mark.

I suggest that you should update or reinstall your sound card driver.
