Hello,

LCD displays a partial/split of Black and White and will not allow any actions. Appears working otherwise, blinking indicators are lit...just can't do a thing from power up...get the partial split image of Black and White on LCD. Is the screen shot? No apparent damage/cracks, drops...just all of the sudden. 2 years old.

Hello,

Try connecting to an external monitor. If it works, you have a screen problem which often occur on Toshiba, probably with the back lights.
