Do you have an external monitor to test to see if it is the CPU, or the display. DO NOT RELOAD ANY OS AT THIS TIME! IT WILL NOT FIX YOUR INDICATION!

Try this
1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.
