Restore compact sr1711nx

Hello,

how do i fix my computer when i get this error message IoloServiceManager.exe Application error-the eception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) occured in application location at 0x7c812afb.
when i rebooted it gets stuck on the windows logo screen then that error message comes up I cant boot into safe mode or any of the other f8 options nothing happens. I tried windows cd to fix the boot drive that didn't work I tried to do a restore that didnt work. when i used the cd i dont know what to type to restore it. It sr=tarted when i was deleting some download manager that installed when i was trying to get drivers for my phone. I contacted Iolo but there solution was to reinstall windows.Is there another way I dont want to lose everything on my computer.
