Is there a message on the screen something like "press F1 to continue F2 to enter BIOS"? If not just try hitting every Function key during the boot process. Generic motherboards often use the Delete key to enter the BIOS while PC manufacturer's pick a Function key.
Once in the BIOS screen you will probably be ask to confirm that the size has changed and to hit F10 to save the changes and reboot.
Good Luck
