Hello,

i am using compaq presario-cq 40 with window 7, always there is problem in screen, using after some time my screen turns black and a massage is comes that there is problem in disply driver and recovered . i want to solve the problem permanently, plz solve this as soon as possible

I strongly suggest that you update your graphic card driver.

I could help you further but I need your graphic card's specifications: make and model.

But as i am beginner to operating the system, can you tell me how to know the graphic card's specification: make and model.

Go to your device manager, you should see your video card, click on it once and note the specs.

Better still, go to this site, find your computer model and download the needed driver:
