you may have have to clean the inside eye of the xbox.every game console has one.the eye is what reads your disc.if you can not find it then just clean(withought scratching anything)thouroughly at any dirty space.if you can not get it to read the disc after that then im sorry i can't help anymore.ive got a ps2 and its a real pest when it wont read good clean non scratched discs.
p.s. to clean the eye youll have to pull the xbox apart.if you cant do it get someone you know like your dad or a friend that knows how to pull it apart for you.
