have you paid for the DLC?

If you're trying to do some which is against Xbox Live's terms and conditions then yes. You are in with the chance of getting banned.

You may be able to for a short period of time but it won't be long before they catch you and give you a life time ban!

i would recommend you go the genuine route and do things legit.

If you use a resigner?

do you mean if you create another account?

You may still get caught and they may ban your IP address so that means you cannot access xbox live from any account or xbox from your home.

I will use the dlc offline,because the DLC need to be signed to xbox live to use it 

and...

i will not create a new account.
