Hello, dear forum members.

I would like to disturb you by my question requesting your appreciated help.

My laptop Aser, windows 7 fails to boot after one week purchase,

It gives hust black screen with cursor, I pressed {ctrl, alt , delete}

But there is nothing happened.

Can you help me pleace to solve his??

Hello,

Try this:

1. Remove the battery.
2. Unplug the power cable.
3. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
4. Plug the power and boot.
