hi,
this may be due to bad uninstallation of the program.
try to boot in safe mode.
to do this, press F8 repeatedly when booting your system.
check if the software is correctly uninstalled in Add/Remove hardware in the control panel.
if you find the program there, uninstall it once more.
if the problem persists even after that, you may do a system restore to bring your computer to a period before the problems were here.
>start
>all programs
>accessories
>system tools
>system restore
you can choose a date to bring the computer to.
then you may uninstall the software again from there.
do all these in safe mode.
