hi, I'm hari.
prem have u heard about windows media center live edition for server 2003.
it is a cd by using which we can log on to any system with os server2003 without giving any password. look for it in torrents.. take any necessary backup from system and scan for any mallware or spyware... if this doesnot work re install the os.. may be this will be help ful to u.bye
