please help me to destroy this profile ( http://www.facebook.com/jibran.rasheed ) is fake. made by some criminal minded person.please help to remove this id .to save innocent people on facebook.

i already tried this also my friends reported him too but fb didnt delete his account yet. he is sending so many spams to my friends and me. i dont know what should i do.
