Formating problem

Hello,

I am ringku. My laptop's g drive is full but when i open it it is empty. there is no important file in this drive. so i want to formate it. but when i go to formate it there show a sentense "windows is unable to formate it". please help me........

Hello ringku,

Try this 1

> Right click on My Computer
> Select Manage
> Go to Storage > Disk Management
> Find your Drive which you want to Format. And right click on Drive
> And select Format.
