Hello,
Try this 1
1) First check if you are able to use the keyboard without any problem in the
"Safe Mode".
When you switch ON your PC, keep tapping the "F8" key to get "Windows
Advanced Options"( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and keep tapping the
F8 key).
Select the option "Safe Mode".
2) If the problem still exists then click on Start --> In search bar, type
devmgmt.msc and press Enter. "Device Manager" will be opened.
Expand the "Keyboard" by double-clicking on it or by clicking on the "+" symbol
--> Right-click on your keyboard name that appears underneath of "Keyboard"
option --> Select the option "Uninstall" and restart your PC.
3) Such problems is also due to the dust where you need to clean the keyboard.
Good Luck
