I am not sure if you found anything to help you with this yet or not, but you can always try this demo to see if it fixes your problem. There is other software out there to help with this issue as well. This is just a free demo to try out if you need a quick fix.

I read your query, first of all there is no need to worry at all because i m also passed through such kind of situation in last month. At that time i did lot of struggle to cop up from problem but i didn't get any success, then on my friend recommendation i used to Enstella Exchange Recovery software which gave me positive result by recovering all EDB mailboxes.
