Lan computers sending messages to each other without internet

Hello,

Could you please help me with a problem. I have computers running windows 7 and networked and am trying to get a way to train users to use MS Outlook though I need a program they can use to send and receive among themselves without Internet connection please.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Install any simple lan messaging software. These apps are easy to use. Program sits in tray and you can send messages and files over LAN with couple of clicks.
