Hello
I have a Toshiba Satellite L350D and all of a sudden it won't connect to the wireless. All the computer in the house have no problem. It cannot even pick up the wireless connection(where the little computers are on the bottom right ther is a red x). Does anyone know what the problem is? The on/off button is on.
Thanks in advance
Janette

Hi Janette,
As you mentioned the wireless stopped working all of a sudden, it seems there is some problem with the settings in the machine or the wireless card has gone bad. Try the below mentioned steps and reply with the results:
1. You mentioned the on/off switch is set to on. Try to reset the switch once and check if the connections are available.
2. Check the "Wireless Communication Indicator". Check if the indicator is glowing or not.
3. If the wireless somehow got disabled from any software, Click Start?Control Panel?System and Maintenance?System?Device Manager ? Network Adaptors, and right click the wireless device then choose Enable.
Please do write back to us.
