Hello, I need help. My mom recently gave me an iPod. But it appears to be broken. She said if I can fix it. I can have it. Help me please?
- The iPod does NOT hard reset. (I tried SEVERAL times!) And it doesn't show
- The iPod is NOT showing up in the computer nor iTunes
