Help Is my router causing this.

Hello,
I have always been able to access the township site with no problem, however lately I can get on the site but it doesn't allow me to get into the property tax listings. I took my laptop to BF's house and it opened immediately and this is why I think it may be my Router. Can anyone give me an idea on how to reset my router?
