Hi john das,
I have checked the Lenovo G460/G560 User Guide V1.0, on page number 19 under section "Connecting a Bluetooth enabled device (select models only)" you can find the steps on "Enabling Bluetooth communications". To enable Bluetooth Connections:
1. Slide the integrated wireless device switch.
2. Press Fn + F5 to make configuration.
