Thats a very abiguous statement. What do you mean. If they are windows compatible you just click on them, if you get a folder you look for the setup or the exe file. If they arent compatible you cant, unless you start getting into emulation but you really have to provide more information about what exactly you want to do.

I suppose i should ask are you running vista or xp?? Have you tried right clicking the program in the folder, going to propertys then advanced
