Hello,
Unable to connect to Windows Store and Windows Apps and receive error message "Your pc is not connected to internet try again".
I am using window 8, my internet is working well on internet explorer and in Google chrome..but window 8 app store is not working...( It was working fine previously ) whenever i use to open window 8 apps it shows that your pc is not connected to internet try again,but at same time my explorer is working... very well...so please solve this issue...

Hello,
Try this 1
Try to temporary disable your firewall or antivirus and check if you are able to
connect.
If the problem still exists then try the option "Refresh your PC".
1) When you switch ON your computer, start tapping the "F8" key to get "Startup
Settings" options ( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and keep tapping the
F8 key)
2) When "Startup Settings" appears, press the "F10" key.
3) When the "Launch recovery environment" appears, press the number key "1".
4) When the "Choose an option" window appears, select the option
"Troubleshoot".
6) When the "Troubleshoot" window appears, select the option "Refresh your
PC".
Make sure you read "Here's what will happen" and then proceed
with the on screen instructions if you agree with it.
