Hello,
When I go into explorer, I see lots of files under Windows TEMP, but I cannot delete them. Why not? What are they there for? There is another TEMP file and I cannot delete any of these files either. I don't understand. I hope you can help me out.

A little knowledge can be very dangerous. If you want to clean your system I suggest you download a program like CCleaner that will safely delete junk files. Just Google "CCleaner" for a download location.

Thank you so much for your quick response. I will leave these files alone. Also I downloaded CCleaner. It is a good program for free. I like it.
