Internet Cuts off when Home phone rings and in use

Hello, I'm new to this website and I am inpatient about my Family overusing the phone line cutting off my internet the whole day. I will give you my Internet structure and how it is aligned of the following:

internet----the box with a double filter--
.............................................................. |
.............................................................. phone filter-----Home Phone

from the box to the 2 lines are from one line combine and serperated into 2 lines that connects to the wall jack and the phone filter.
