try USB disk security from www.torrentz.com with crack....it removes all usb viruses no need to update!!!
Otherwise....
Note down the Drive name assigned to pen drive... lets say drive G:
Type cmd in run then enter
in that write G: and press enter...
now it will be like G:
in g: type attrib -h -s -r autorun.in and press enter
then type del autorun.inf
then type mkdir autorun.inf so that virus wont come again as it is already one folder exist in pen drive called autorun
